Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

Memberships (Subscriptions)

  • Cancel anytime to stop future billing.

  • Past payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access remains until then.

One-Time Digital Products

  • All one-time digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to instant delivery.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests may be reviewed in rare cases (duplicate billing, verified technical failures).

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days to admin@livewithintent.ca.

  • We aim to respond within 3 business days.

  • Approval is at our discretion.

Locked Rate & Rejoining

  • Founders who cancel lose their locked rate.

  • Rejoining later means paying the current public rate.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Please contact us first to resolve billing issues.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

Policy Updates

  • This Refund Policy may be updated; new versions are effective when posted.
