By purchasing or joining The Vault, The Oracle Channel, Founders Circle, or any other program, product, or service offered under LIVE WITH INTENT, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Access

  • Vault Membership: Access to archived programs + new monthly Vault Drops.

  • Oracle Membership: Vault access + private Telegram channel + quarterly live Zoom calls.

  • Founders Circle Membership: Access to both Vault & Oracle benefits at a guaranteed lifetime Founders rate, provided payments remain current.

  • Other Products & Programs: Additional offers may be released; unless stated otherwise, access is for personal use only, tied to your active subscription or one-time purchase.

  • Pricing & Inclusions: Standard membership pricing and inclusions may change over time, but Founders locked rate will not increase while your membership is active.

  • Access Duration: Membership remains active as long as payments are current.

Payments, Locked Rate & Cancellations

  • Billing: Memberships are billed monthly until canceled.

  • Cancellation: Cancel any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

  • Refunds: Payments already processed are non-refundable.

  • Locked Rate Guarantee:
    – Founders secure $44/month for life.
    – Public pricing is $88/month.
    – If you cancel and later rejoin, the current public rate applies.

Deliverables & Substitution

  • Vault Drops are delivered monthly; quarterly live calls are scheduled throughout the year. Topics may vary.

  • Substitution Clause: If Amy is unavailable for a live call, equivalent value will be provided (recording, guest, or rescheduled session).

Disclaimer & Results

  • All content is educational and inspirational. It is not medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.

  • No guarantee of specific outcomes. Results vary based on your energy, timing, and application.

Intellectual Property

  • All content is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

Futures Foundation & Transparency

  • 10% of proceeds from memberships and programs are channeled into the Futures Foundation to support women-led initiatives.

  • An annual impact summary will be provided.

Termination & Reinstatement

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

  • If you rejoin after termination/cancellation, the public rate applies.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
