Memberships & Subscriptions
you may cancel anytime to stop future billing
previous payments are non-refundable
access remains until the end of the paid billing cycle
If you cancel, you will not be billed again.
One-Time Digital Purchases
Due to the nature of digital instant-access products:
all sales are final
no refunds are issued once delivered
This includes workshops, Vault Drops, transmissions, digital programs, and downloadable content.
Advisory & Clarity Sessions
sessions are non-refundable once booked
rescheduling may be requested with reasonable notice
No-show appointments are considered fulfilled.
Exceptions (Rare)
Refund requests may be reviewed in limited cases:
duplicate billing
verified technical issues preventing access

Founders Rates & Rejoining
if you cancel, your Founders locked rate is forfeited
rejoining later requires paying the current public rate
Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
