By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, service, membership, advisory session, event, or product offered under LIVE WITH INTENT, you agree to the following terms.

1. Memberships, Programs & Access

Membership Access

Membership and program options may include but are not limited to:

  • The Vault – evolving digital library and archives

  • Vault Drops – seasonal or monthly releases of new content

  • Founders Circle – legacy membership community transitioning into The Vault

Additional programs, courses, or offerings may be introduced over time.

Unless otherwise stated, access is:

  • for personal use only

  • tied to your active subscription or paid purchase

Access Duration

Access remains active as long as payments are current and your account is in good standing.

Pricing & Change

  • pricing, content, and inclusions may evolve

  • Founders locked rates remain unchanged while payments remain active

2. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Billing

  • memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on plan

  • one-time programs and sessions are billed in full at checkout

Cancellation

  • you may cancel anytime to stop future billing

  • access continues until the end of the paid period

Refunds

  • all sales are final and non-refundable

  • applies to digital products, memberships, programs, and sessions

Locked Rate Guarantee

  • memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on plan

  • one-time programs and sessions are billed in full at checkout

3. Advisory & Clarity Sessions

Advisory and clarity sessions support reflection and decision-making. They do not replace:

  • therapy or mental-health treatment

  • legal or financial advice

  • medical advice

You remain responsible for your own choices and outcomes.

No specific results are guaranteed.

4. Deliverables & Substitutions

  • Vault Drops are released periodically

  • live calls and experiences may vary in topic and schedule

If Amy is unavailable, substitutions may be made, including:

  • rescheduled session

  • recorded content

  • guest facilitator

  • equivalent value alternative

5. Intellectual Property

All materials — including videos, audios, PDFs, frameworks, posts, and trainings — are the intellectual property of LIVE WITH INTENT.

You may not:

  • share login details

  • reproduce or distribute content

  • resell or repurpose for commercial use

Content is for personal use only.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All offerings are for educational and inspirational purposes only.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • income or business results

  • health or emotional outcomes

  • personal transformation

  • relationship outcomes

By participating, you agree that LIVE WITH INTENT and Amy Jones are not liable for decisions or actions you take.

7. Futures Foundation Transparency

A portion of proceeds may be directed toward the Futures Foundation supporting women-led and community initiatives. Impact updates may be shared periodically.

8. Termination & Reinstatement

Your account may be suspended or terminated for:

  • violation of these terms

  • abusive or harmful behavior

  • sharing or pirating paid content

Rejoining after termination or cancellation is subject to current public pricing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of:

British Columbia, Canada.
